  1. Firstly prepare the stuffing. Shrimps and bamboo shoots (or pickled mushrooms) pass through a blender and mix with minced pork. Add eggs, sugar, pepper, rice flour (or starch), rice wine (or white semi-dry wine), soy sauce and toss it all together again.
  2. Now it's time to prepare dough. Make a deepening in a bowl with the sifted flour. Add warm water, salt and butter and toss it to make tight dough. Leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Сut dough into three parts. Roll out the dough layers one by one and then make circles with a diameter of 5-6 cm.
  4. Wrap 1 teaspoon of the filling and make a dumpling with a hole at the top.
  5. Portionally spread wontons into the steamer and cook for 5-7 minutes.
