Directions

  1. Wash and prepare the lamb. It is better to use saddle, ribs or other meat on a bone.
  2. Chop eschalot and garlic.
  3. Fry onions, garlic, olives and thyme in olive oil.
  4. Prepare the potatoes. It's better to use small baby potatoes. Wash it and cut into quarters, no peeling.
