Salmon steak

2-3 cloves
1 piece
0.5 pieces
200 millilitre
Iodised salt
to taste
Sunflower-seed oil
1 tablespoon
Salmon steak
2 pieces

  1. Firstly wash the fish, remove the fins (if any). Divide each steak into two rugs on the ridge. Take out the bones from the fish. Tweezers (culinary or cosmetic) are suitable for it.
  2. Pour steaks with lemon juice and place them with skin side down in a preheated, frying pan with oil. There is no need to turn sides, just pour a mixture of melted butter and fat over it. Once all the fillets became pink, remove from the hob.
  3. A light seasoning would be great for this fish. Peel a fresh cucumber and 2-3 cloves of garlic, grate it finely. Add classic yougurt with no sugar, salt to taste. Toss it all together.
  4. Serve steaks with light seasoning.
