Directions

  1. Firstly start cooking a soup. Wash and peel beef and boil it for 50-60 minutes.
  2. While waiting for fat, prepare pearl barley and vegetables. Wash pearl barley wash and cook until soft. Cut potatoes into medium-sized cubes. Cut onions, carrots and pickles into small pieces.
  3. When broth is ready, add potatoes and pearl barley and then simmer for another 7-8 minutes. Stir onions, carrots and pickels on a pan at the same time. Then add then to the broth. In the end add chopped herbs and toss together.
  4. Pickle soup is ready to be served. It goes well with sour cream and brown bread.
