Ingredients

Iodised salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Wheat flour
3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Wash meat. Cut off fat and film's remains. Cut in 2cm slices.
  2. Beat 2 eggs with salt. Preheat a frying pan, adding oil beforehand. Bone meat in flour, and then put it into the beaten egg and place it on the pan. Then fry meat chops on both sides until cooked.
