Pasta a la Marinara

Ingredients

Garlic
3 cloves
Onion
0.5 capitulum
Tomato paste
200 grams
Spaghetti
250 grams
Shrimp
200 grams
Mussel
200 grams

Directions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Mix tomato paste with water with proportion 1 to 1 and add it to onions and garlic.
  3. Add mussels and peeled shrimps to the sauce, season to taste, keep simmering.
  4. Boil water and cook spaghetti for a minute less than it's said in the recipe.
  5. Mix spaghetti with sauce and simmer it for two-three minites.
