Olivier salad with chicken

Pickled cucumber

Iodised salt
to taste
150 grams
Black pepper
to taste
Sour cream
150 grams
Chicken fillet
400 grams
Hen's egg

Sweet peas

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots separately until ready. Cool them down, peel and cut into cubes. Put in a big salad bowl.
  2. Slice pickles finely. Add grated eggs to the vegetable mix.
  3. Boil chicken breast with salt until ready and then leave to cool. Cut into small pieces and add to the salad.
  4. Spices to taste. Season with sour-cream and mayonnaise and toss it thoroughly. Leave it in a fridge to cool for an hour and then serve.
