Okroshka

Ingredients

Cucumber
3-4 pieces
Potherbs
1-2 bunch
Potatoes
4 pieces
Iodised salt
to taste
Mustard (condiment)
0.5 teaspoons
Kvass
1.5 litre
Sour cream
2 tablespoons
Hen's egg
4 pieces
Boiled beef
300 grams

Directions

  1. Put potatoed in cold water and cook until ready for 20-30 minutes. Cook hard-boiled eggs, then put them in cold water and peel.
  2. Cut boiled beef into small dice and put into a big bowl. Add finely sliced cucumbers, eggs and herbs. Cool potatoes down, peel them, cut into small dice and add into the common bowl.
  3. Add sour cream, mustard, salt and toss it together. Pour rye beer into the mixture and cool it in the freezer.
  4. A nice summer lunch is ready!
