Miso with cucumber and prawns

Ingredients

Cucumber
0.5 pieces
Miso
1 tablespoon
Drinking water
400 millilitre
Undaria pinnatifida
1 leaf
Shrimp
4 pieces
Cellophane noodles
50 grams

Directions

  1. Add 2 glasses of water and a spoonfull of miso paste to the pan. Don't boil.
  2. Cut cucumber into thin long slices.
  3. Add noodles, shrimps and cucumber into almost boiled water with miso paste.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes without maling the water boil.
