Directions

  1. Prepare, cut and chop the meant into dices, which could be ate easily.
  2. Cut onions into quarters. Peel garlic cloves if you wish.
  3. Put the ingredients into a bowl to stew or a slow-cooker.
  4. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Toss it together.
  5. Add a glass of water and cook it for an hour and a half.
