Directions

  1. Wash rice until water is clear and boil until half ready. Cool down a bit and then add to the mincemeat.
  2. Mix tomato paste, sour-cream and a glass of water separately. Pour this mixture into the mincemeat. Add water to the level of meat balls and put it on the hob. When simmered, reduce the heat to minimum and stew for 40 minutes.
