  1. Prepare bechamel sauce. Add butter and vegetable oil into a small saucepan to soften. Slowly add the flour and nutmeg and mix until smooth. Slowly pour the milk while stirring. Reduce heat and bring it to a state of low-fat sour cream whilst constantly st
  2. Fry the mincemeat until half ready. Add tomato paste bolognese, a mixture of dry herbs, salt and pepper, toss it together and heat up. Remove from the heat. Grate cheese separately.
  3. Preheat the oven to 185C.
  4. Grease butter into a small tall baking tray. Cover the bottom of it with bechamel sauce. Put lasange stripes on top. Don't cook them , use dry ones.
  5. Cover lasagne stripes with a layers of mincemeat with bolognese sauce. Sift a layer of cheese. Then add bechamel sauce and repeat the procedure until there are no ingredients left. You should have lasagne stripes, bechamel sauce and a thick layer of cheese. Let it stay for 10-15 minutes. Bake lasagna for 30 minutes.
