Georgian green lobio with meat

Ingredients

Garlic
3 cloves
Onion
50 grams
Potherbs
30 grams
Beef
250 grams
Green bean
250 grams

Directions

  1. Prepare the meat. Cut into small dice. Cut the onions.
  2. Top meat with salt, pepper and fry it under the lid.
  3. Add onions and stew for 10 minutes.
  4. Add a bit of soup or boiled water, add the beans and simmer for another 10 minutes, until ready
  5. Season with chopped garlic and herbs , add salt and pepper and simmer it for another 5 minutes. Leave for half an hour.
