Cobb salad

Ingredients

Garlic
1-2 denticle
Tomato
2 pieces
Celery
2 pieces
Avocado
1 piece
Olive oil
4 tablespoons
Bacon
50 grams
Cheddar cheese
100 grams
Chicken fillet
300-400 grams
Hen's egg
2 pieces
Leaf lettuce
1 bunch
White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon
Mustard (grain)
1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Make seasoning first. Grate garlic and mix with butter, grape vinegar and two types of mustard.
  2. Bake chicken breast with salt until ready and leave it to cool. Peel avocado. Boil hard eggs, cool and peel.
  3. Cut chicken, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, selery, cheddar cheese into small pieces.
  4. Put salad leaves on a plate. Place all the ingredients in layers on top of salad leaves. Serve dressing separately.
