Broccoli salad

Ingredients

Broccoli
1 capitulum
Apples
2 pieces
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Maple syrup
2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar
5 tablespoons
Iodised salt
to taste
Ginger
30 grams
Vitis vinifera
150 grams
Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon
Red onion
1 capitulum

Directions

  1. As there is no need to cook anything to make this salad, firtsly prepare the sauce. Mix vinegar, oilve oil, mustard, maple syrup, salt, pepper together and whip with a whisk.
  2. Peel the ginger root from the skin, press through garlic grinder or cut finely and add to the sauce. Toss it all together again.
  3. Divide broccoli into small florets and put them in a bowl with the sauce. That will make the cabbage dressing flavoured.
  4. Chop the onions.
  5. If there are big grapes with pips inside, remove them and cut the grape into a half. It is possible to put small grapes as a whole into the salad.
  6. Peel the skin from the apples and remove the insides, cut into medium slices.
  7. Put all the ingredients into the bowl with the sauce and toss together. Add salt to taste. Add walnuts to taste.
