Boeuf Stroganov

Tomato paste

Iodised salt

150-200 grams
Beef tenderloin

  1. Wash, dry and peel fat from the meat. Cut meat into 6-7mm slices. Tenderize meat after covering it with a cling film. Then cut meat into cubes across the grain.
  2. Peel onions and cut them into large dice. Add 30 g of butter and 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil into the frying pan. Fry onion, add salt and pepper. Then add flour and mix it together. Immediately add the tomato paste and sour cream, boil until simmer ( it is p
  3. Melt 20 g of butter and 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in another pan or casserole. Fry meat until done, add salt and pepper. Pour sauce and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish some finely chopped parsley before serving bef stroganoff.
