Black caviar tartlets

Ingredients

Black caviar
60 grams
Tartlets
12 pieces
Butter
30 grams
Hen's egg
3 pieces
Scallion
10 grams

Directions

  1. Put a small piece of butter into the ready tartlets.
  2. Clean the boiled eggs, cit into dice and add into each tartlet.
  3. Put a tea spoon of black caviar on top of the tartlets and garnish with green onions.
