Beef goulash soup


2 pieces
to taste
Tomato paste
3 tablespoons
Iodised salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Bay leaf
to taste
500 grams
Wheat flour
1 tablespoon


  1. Wash, dry and cut meat into cubes. Peel onions and chop them finely.
  2. Heat butter in the pan and fry meat on high heat for 5 minutes. Then lower heat down and add onions. Cook until it’s golden brown.
  3. Add salt, pepper, flour, toss it together and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then add tomato paste, 2-3 glasses of water or soup, bay leaf and toss it together. Stew it under the lid on low heat for about an hour.
  4. Garnish chopped herbs before serving diced beef.
